Kevin, in service, is my hero. Front tire was flat. He evaluated the stem and found out there was a small hole in the tube. Inspected the lining. Also inspected my tire and confirmed it was just fine. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I always come to you guys with my bike needs and every time you exceed my expectations. I am a big fan of Trek bikes (I’ve had the same Trek bike for over 20 years) and service from the local dealer has always been excellent. Yesterday I stopped in to see if they could help me with a problematic seat on my bike and they took took me immediately, showed me where my seat was broken, and replaced it, all within about 10 minutes.

Dropped bike off for repair, and told it would be 2 days. Was called on 2nd day and told bike was ready for pickup. Very impressed with Andy (bike tech) went over with me all that was done.
The service I received when shopping for and purchasing my new bike were absolutely second to none. I walked in, was greeted by Jon and asked what I was looking for. From there he helped me test several different bikes, made adjustments as needed and shared so much excellent information along the way. I can't even imagine how my experience could have been better.
Also, he is just a genuine and cool guy. And Kyle too, who was there and got my bike ready to go after I made my decision.
This shop is my bike shop now.
Staff was very helpful, friendly and patient as I made my choice of bike and accessories and even attached everything for me before I left the shop. Will definitely be coming back.

It’s great that you have inventory of clothing, all sizes in stock, accessories, and biking supplies. I know it’s hard to do this in today’s world competing with online shopping. It’s nice to be able to go to a physical location, look around and support a local bike shop. And of course, the staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.

I had a phenomenal experience with Tim at Bob’s bike. Super personal guy that offered friendly service. Prompt work and clear communication made the entire experience exponentially better. Highly recommended and will be back.

I walked in with my first road bike yesterday which I bought second hand. Service staff and the owner were super friendly and helped get me set up with a pair of shoes and a tune up of the bike. The staff appeared very trustworthy and honest which I appreciate given my knowledge of bikes is relatively low. I do appreciate all the help from the team and am looking forward to getting the bike back and on the road!
