I always take my ebike to the hub for maintenance, even for normal run of the mill stuff I normally do on my own with acoustic bikes. With how many miles I put on it and how hard I ride it as a car replacement, it just makes sense to take it back to the dealer. The whole Hub team is great, I love visiting with them while Brian works on the bike, it's an all-round good time. Even if it's just a flat or something that needs to be re-torqued, they still check the rest of the bike and run the computer diagnostic just in case. My ebike, and therefore the majority of my miles on the road, are safer and more reliable because of the Hub folks. Love em. Recommend them to people all the time.
