Technically proficient and up-to-date knowledgeable staff members who are kind and patient, spending time to hear my cycling history and specific needs, desires, experiences, and limitations along with the reasons for those in order to really understand them and to be able to guide me and to make recommendations, including appropriate warnings with reasons for such when needed, ultimately resulting in my purchase of a cross-country bike that is a perfect fit for me, and not insisting on focusing on absolute athletic ergonomic skeletal muscular energy efficiency but necessarily accounting for the 74-year-old-man factor in finding/creating a match for me.
I want to add that while it may be possible to find some of the same products at a slightly lower price elsewhere, Landry's prices are good, competitive, and totally normal - BUT when combined with their beautiful personal service, their professional build and services department and team, and their complete and generous service policy, the entire resulting package experience of product, staff, and service results in a BARGAIN.

I stopped in, unscheduled, as I was heading out on a Mt. Bike ride with my son and the valve on my tubeless tire was leaking. I wish I could remember the young mans name, but he got my bike right on the lift, analyzed the issue (which turned out to be a defective core of the valve), replaced the core, pumped up the tire, and due to his timely, and outstanding, customer service, I was on my way to Gateway park (Project 360 trails) for a fantastic ride with my son. I couldn't believe that he only charged me for the price of the valve core, which was less than a cup of coffee.
As I was waiting, I walked around and they had some really nice bikes in stock, and after my truly fantastic experience with getting my valve fixed, I can only imagine that this same outstanding customer service would be there when looking to select, and purchase a new bike, so I would definitely take the time to work with this shop if I was in the market.

Brought my Townie 9D in for a brake problem. They were very helpful finding out what the problem was and did fast and excellent work replacing the brakes. Will be back if I have any other issues.

Customer service hands down. Bikes are great. Helmets are great. I’m super impressed with the equipment, but the customer service I received at Trek of CLT North on Rose Commons was stellar. I really can’t emphasize this enough. The level of service I received will keep me buying Trek forever. Those people took such good care and were so helpful and informative and just really great people to purchase a bike from. They need some kind of award for their outstanding performance. It really was a whole rung above good service you’d expect from Trek. It’s always great but these gentleman were next level. Hats off to them and a huge thank you.
