Knowledgeable helpful staff have always been generous with their time and assistance. When I was bike shopping Jason quickly set up 3 different bikes for me to try in a short period of time. His enthusiastic (but low pressure) interactions made my experience very low stress. This is a big purchase for me, and so I was a bit nervous.
Really excellent staff – Hannah and (I think it was) Steven are super knowledgeable and listened as I went through my decision-making about purchasing a new bicycle. They weren't pushy, they offered opinions but let me decide and ultimately I got out of there with a bike I'm super, super happy with. It's my first week in Columbus and I'm so excited to have a new bike and my go-to bike shop!
