I came to Steiner's for a new ski boots fitting. My feet are wide, so they had to spend the time to find the right boots and really took 2 hrs to do what they are really good at. They have ample hour and half time for the fitting and even when next customer came for their fitting time, someone else started taking care of him. I really appreciate their time and expertly placed questions to do the right fitting.

I had a phenomenal experience at Bicycle Habitat purchasing a bike for my first grader! The person who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I initially had a bike assembled that, unfortunately, turned out to be too small, but they went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute change and help me find the right fit for my child. Their professionalism, flexibility, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I regret not remembering their name because they truly deserve recognition for their excellent service. I would absolutely recommend Bicycle Habitat to anyone looking for a bike and a team that genuinely cares about getting things right for their customers!

The Bike Shoppe is without a doubt the best bike shop I've ever used. The prices for their bike repairs/service are fair (maybe even on the low side??) and the service is professional, timely and high quality. They tell you up front what the plan is, what to expect in terms of cost, and if the plan changes they call you right away to make sure you are good with the changes. I have a very high level of trust in this shop and the technicians they employ. An added bonus is that the staff is warm and engaging as well as knowledgeable.
