Jake was awesome to work with! I crashed my Madone and was concerned about carbon damage. He was attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The team was able to inspect the bike, replace a few parts I wouldn’t have been able to see were broken myself.
When picking up my bike, Jake helped make some minor adjustments to my shifter to ensure it was butter smooth.
Back in the saddle same day and felt confident riding again!

Ordered a Velotric Discover 3 eBike on-line and Jim had it assembled and ready to go same day. Jim contacted me by phone to keep me updated on the progress and pick up time. When I picked up the bike, it looked fantastic, with not a finger print on it. Jim explained all the functions of the bike, and answered all of my questions, and spotted me while I loaded the bike in my pickup truck. I haven't bought a bike in 30 years, and this was my first time at Wolverton's, and the experience was great, and no stress. Will be using Wolvertons for all my eBike needs and services. Thank You.
