I like that people know me by name! Also, I am beyond amazed at all the small services, like pumping tires and greasing chains, that yall are willing to do for free. that is exceptional!!!! I like that the staff have a lot of bike history knowledge, and are open to hanging out and talking with me. I learn a lot just standing around and browsing the selection. Your commitment to safety is outstanding. Best bike shop I've ever been to, please never go out of buisiness.

But the best thing is the friendly and attentive customer service. People at Trek listen to your needs and try to provide informed solutions for your problem. Trek also sends folks to biking events such as the Bike For Women to do safety checks free for participants. Trek is an important part of the Anchorage biking community. And I LOVE my Trek bicycle!
