I have always been impressed with Trek bikes but the customer service was very very good! It was the attention to detail from the guys in sales all the way to me purchasing my new Domane SL6 e-bike , getting fitted with much patience on learning all the bells and whistles of owning and maintaining an e-bike ! I am a very satisfied cycling girl and will continue to go back for anything I need. I originally started with this bike store before it was bought by Trek and it was same high quality and attention to detail with no pressure sales . That speaks to great management with customers returning for more being the reason .

Michael was terrific. I had a repair that turned out to be much more difficult than originally expected. He kept me informed about progress and honored the original labor estimate for the job. He made a couple additional minor fixes and adjustments while he had the bike on the stand.
