Maintenance on my bicycle was handled in a spectacular fashion. Darryl Sigmam greeted me, got the work scheduled, and then was exceptional with regard to the timeliness and effectiveness of the necessary work. Then, I had some questions about completing some basic bike maintenance going forward and Darryl was more than willing to share his wisdom and skill, even demonstrating how to complete some of the basic maintenance tasks. I could not be more pleased and feel very fortunate to have worked with Darryl.

Customer service! The customer service is above and beyond expectation! Garrick, Sherry, Gary and Jason are the staff that I have dealt with personally. They are expertly knowledgeable, and exceedingly concerned with taking proper care of the customer. Jason, the Ski tech, listen patiently to all my concerns and fixed a disastrous tune on the skis I brought in. Garrick fitted a pair of boots and I am small and very hard to fit. Sherry continued the initial fit with multiple sessions to take care of my very senior and problematic feet. Ditto for my husband. We would not be skiing without them.

Great service
First, the product quality. Over the past 20 years, I have owned four Trek cycles. Each bike has been perfectly suited to the styles of riding and terrain I prefer. Each bike has been easily customized to my needs and never failed to deliver the performance I desire.
Starting with a high-end performance road bike, I trained for long hauls over mountain passes, grinding miles along wind-swept beaches and bone-jarring roads with cobblestone surfaces. Then I moved on to a Trek gravel bike for some off-road spinning and less car/cycle interaction. After a few years of alternating my road cycling with gravel riding, I traded in both bikes for a fitness bike. Because I was reluctant to release the thought of riding hard and riding fast, I chose a fitness bike with a carbon frame. It suited me well for many years.
Now I own an FX+ 7S e-bike. It offers the range, dependability and versatility I have always come to expect from Trek products. My husband and I rack our e-bikes on our car in order to cycle in the Washington Cascades, load up panniers to cycle the San Juans Islands or explore the arid desert and arroyos of Arizona. With an auxiliary battery for extended range, we could easily ride 60-70 miles a day and still have energy to take in a brew pub.
Now the service.....our Boulder store is the best ever. Knowledgeable technicians, accommodating sales associates, wide variety of product, and responsive management. One reason we choose Trek cycles is that Trek stores throughout the country offer the same level of courtesy, attention and professionalism we have come to expect from our local store. For example, in Bellingham, Washington, a few years ago my husband's Trek had a bent rim that needed attention. The service tech in the store immediately set aside the job he was working on to straighten the rim, getting us back on the trails immediately. Likewise in Wenatchee, Washington, this past summer, we visited the Trek store to replace a damaged helmet. The staff in that store showed us the same level of care we have come to appreciate. I was fitted with new helmet and we were on our way. Trek staff nationwide share the most amazing DNA!
