The level of customer service and advice I received from Urs was outstanding. This is the second time I have bought a bicycle from Randenbike and I would definitely go back again and recommend others to do so too.

What do you like about our products and services?

The staff there really take an interest in what your needs and concerns are. Moreover, they are really well-versed in the products they offer. I bought my Trek there back in 2020 and the support I have received for this very expensive bike has been fantastic!

I would never consider "buying" online from a HUGE mega corporation when Steiner's is in my "neck of the woods"!
