The whole staff at Trek - Coppell was very friendly and Jimmy in the service department was outstanding. Helpful, friendly, knowledgable and you could care that he has a passion for cycling and customer service.
Jimmy has helped me before with a different issue on my son’s Trek e-bike and this last experienced matched my previous time coming in. To me, this shows consistency in top-notch customer service and a continued desire to go to whatever lengths necessary for the customer.

Women’s socks designed for cycling was my order this time. The associate that helped complete my order from Internet assisted by phone to solve a technical inventory issue. They are knowledgeable about products, found the product quantities & got the invoice to me for payment. Great customer service & quality cycling specific products.
