Your products are all quality and offer a price point for everyone looking to buy high-end brands. Your service personnel have always been very friendly and ready and willing to help - with the exception of one who seems to walk about with a bit of an attitude where you get the vibe that you are bothering him or he is too important or possibly not in a good mood - could be just a perception and certainly only one staff member that I have noticed this way. Other than that, keep it up!
