I have been a customer of Macomb Bike since they opened in 1974. They always carry high quality equipment with the latest technology that keeps up with the latest trends. I purchased a Townie Go E Bike for my wife last Summer and she absolutely loves it. Since I'm 73 years old, I decided it would be to my advantage to purchase an E Bike for myself. I require an extra-large frame, and they are not very plentiful in the E Bike manufacturing industry. Jim, an incredibly knowledgeable technician and salesperson located an extra-large framed Trek E Bike for me. I am so thankful for his efforts since it will set me up for safe and exciting cycling for many years to come! Jeff, Lauren, Jeff Jr. and their staff are all very friendly and take great care of their customers. It's been a pleasure being part of their cycling family.

I had a great experience and would highly recommend Trek in Redmond, specifically the French guy I was working with. He was able to do a last minute install on a new derailleur for me and was friendly answering any questions I had.

Excellent and knowledgeable support
I took my 2002 Trek hybrid that's been ridden on both coasts to TriABike and they tried to fix my front derailleur but they took my $200 and sure it was cleaned but the front derailleur still failed to get into low gear. They couldn't replace the broken part.
I took it to Trek dealer and they worked on it and played with it before declaring it DOA.
So I got a replacement with a trade-in! Not as nice as my old Princeton bike but I'm replacing the tires, inner tubes, and handlebar riser. I raised the seat to where it belongs which is better than the olden days where I needed a long seat post.

The bikes we purchased there are very good quality and have been able to withstand the abuse of both my boys. Everything is very well-built and sturdy. The service we receive every time we are there is amazing. Both my boys are autistic and everyone goes above and beyond what is typical customer service. The staff there truly have a passion for bikes, and they’ve helped my boys, multiple times, adapt their bikes to fit their development. I’ve been there many times, and each time, I’m still so surprised at how far they still go to make sure my kids are able to ride safely and successfully on their bikes! Love this shop and the people who work there very much!
