Came in yesterday and walked into 2 other bike shops and not one person greeted us. Walked into Jax and the entire staff acknowledges your presence and asks how they can be of assistance. My wife needed a rear basket and we needed some cup holders for our E-bikes and they showed us all of our options and not only did they show they installed them for us right there on the spot. Great service and great selection, this will be the only Bike shop we spend our money in!

Maddox at the silver lake store was the first to greet us when we went shopping for a bicycle for our teenage son who was getting in to mountain biking. He was very knowledgable and explained all the options available asking questions from our son as to what he was interested in to tailor or customize the answers he provided as well as the suggestions for a bicycle that would suit our sons needs. Our son test rode the bicycle when Maddox offered he option and was satisfied. The silver lake facility checked for the color options and found an exact match that was already assembled on the floor in the Everett store. We ended up purchasing the bike at the Everett store and wanted to thank the silver lake store and Maddox for the awesome customer service provided that made the decision making to purchase the bike so much easier.

I went in to get new tires for my Trek Single Track 930 and Patrick was able to hook me up! He got me fitted with a pair that ride nicely on the road while also giving the ability to handle moderate trail riding smoothly. Patrick was extremely helpful and accommodating to someone who knows nothing about bikes. Highly recommend working with him!!!
