Amazing service! My Madone developed a squeaky seat post. Trek replaced the entire frame and gave me a loaner bike. I could not be happier with the service and communication.

I came in for service after my SRAM etap/AXS shifters stopped working and a simple battery change by me didn’t fix it. The service was great! Allan from the repair/service team stopped what he was doing to help me immediately upon my arrival and we worked through a trouble shooting list until (after three other ‘fixes’ didn’t work) on the fourth try the system was restored. During the whole process Allan was a super effective communicator about what he was doing and how things were going. I’m extremely happy with the service and will come back! My thanks to the service team!
I trust Trek service and mechanics to always do a great job. They did a great repair on my bike and is working beautifully. I Usually get a level two complete service. This time I had a frayed cable and trek recommends yearly hydraulic brake flush. $50 per brake) I also had chain wear and needed a new cassette due to where and loosening of the old cassette. Total walkout price was around $550.
I only recommendation would be to add in the hydraulic brakes as part of the service level two to help customers with cost as this is seems very pretty for about a once a year service, which is usually needed for high mileage.
