Andrew and Alex are the best at proactively solving my cycling related questions and proposing options. I don't just use them because they are local, but because they are so helpful.

They were quick to change out my daughter's bike's front wheel tube. They finished my bike one day earlier. They talked me through what they did and gave some brutal, honest feedback on the bike itself which gave me a better idea of what to expect from my bike in the future. They even made improvements from when it was first put together by another bike shop that apparently did not do a very good job putting it all together. I will definitely go back to Wheel Base Bikes.
Staff are always welcoming and helpful. If the part I'm seeking is not on stock they've been more than happy to help me track it down and order it for me.

Service was very informative about the bikes and options we were looking for. The bike we wanted was in stock and we were able to take it home that day. There were multiple bikes in the store that we were able to ride as well to de ode what we liked and wanted.
2 Rivers' bike tech(s) did the service what was needed and in a timely manner and contacted me when my bike was ready for pick up.
