Very solid bicycle selection, but what I really liked most was the service we got from your sales associate, Bernie Andersen. He worked with my daughter to assess her needs in terms of bicycle type, size, and even configuration. He did this through a combination of asking questions and observing her riding various bikes. Where there were options to choose from, he explained them clearly and showed that he was listening attentively by only offering alternatives that matched our needs and her riding style. He also explained when the bike we selected in her chosen color would arrive at the store and their store hours. When we came to pick up the bike, he watched her ride it and made adjustments to it as needed. Then he also helped us with accessories. I love the fact that I can always depend on BGI to consult with us rather than just selling us a bicycle. Bernie was also very friendly and respectful.

Went into to pick up some cycling shorts. David W. was incredible. I shared the issues I was having regarding riding. He immediately gave me tips that would improve my situation. He was kind and extremely helpful. I told him I'd be back to purchase my Trek from him by the end of the year!
