Staff were incredibly friendly and informative. My mountain bike has been sitting idle for quite some time and I took it to Boone Bike for repairs. The repairs were done lightning fast and the every facet of the service was reviewed with me beforehand.

The shipping cost was great. You don't have to purchase hundreds of dollars of stuff to get free shipping. The lady on the phone when I called both times for an order update, was very polite and courteous. Give her a raise. She salso called to confirm my address and to let me know that my order was being packed up and shipped. The only complaint I have is that email updates and tracking information weren't sent to me automatically and I had to reach out to obtain it. But again, the lady that took care of me was amazing and promptly emailed me the tracking info when I requested it and apologized for the inconvenience.

Same afternoon service for an internal gear cable and tune up, followed by good advice and a smile. What’s not to like about that. Bikes are expensive items, and good maintenance is the key to keeping you riding on whatever trails you prefer.
