The mechanic who helped us (I think Ronnie?) was AMAZING! His professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and all-around going the extra mile for us is very appreciated. There are closer bike shops to my home, but I will likely go out of my way to come here in the future, solely because of him.

Andrew and Alex are the best at proactively solving my cycling related questions and proposing options. I don't just use them because they are local, but because they are so helpful.

They were quick to change out my daughter's bike's front wheel tube. They finished my bike one day earlier. They talked me through what they did and gave some brutal, honest feedback on the bike itself which gave me a better idea of what to expect from my bike in the future. They even made improvements from when it was first put together by another bike shop that apparently did not do a very good job putting it all together. I will definitely go back to Wheel Base Bikes.
Staff are always welcoming and helpful. If the part I'm seeking is not on stock they've been more than happy to help me track it down and order it for me.
