I've always brought my bike (mid 90's Bianchi Ibex) to Trek for service since I moved back to Saratoga. The entire staff is always friendly. The service department is professional, efficient and the prices for parts and labor are fair. They do great work.

Great service - fixed my flat while I waited. Took the extra time to remove the staple/wire from the tire tread so the inner tube will not be punctured again. Made recommendations on more appropriate bikes for my current activities/terrain. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Very friendly customer service. I’ve been in the shop a few times mainly browsing. Had a flat tire repaired there and recently a repair to the rear wheel motor housing unit on my E-bike + some additional work.
While there to pick up the fixed tire/tube replacement I had my two boys with me, and the gentleman behind the counter asked my youngest what size shirt he wore and proceeded give him a complimentary Perkiomen Cycles long sleeve shirt. And in effort to keep World War III from breaking out between my two sons for the free gift, he went and got another shirt from behind the counter for my other son. The two shirts probably cost nearly as much as my fixed tire. It’s gestures like that, along with the quality work they do that earn my repeat business and have me writing a blurb. I never do reviews, but just thought it was extremely nice to give my boys those shirts. 10/10 - highly recommend

He helped me book my bike in and completed all of the work, including helping me adjust the bike for fit and explaining how to care for my chain properly. The Landry's on Comm Ave did not have the item I was looking for but was able to get it shipped over in just one day from another store. The Landry's staff is always super friendly and extremely helpful.
