The knowledge
I purchased a set of Townie fenders on clearance. What a great deal! My wife loves her bike more than ever knowing she won’t get a stripe up her back if she goes through a puddle. It gives the bike a more finished look also. Lastly the fenders were easy to install myself.
Lane was extremely knowledgeable assisting me in finding the right bike for my commuting needs. He was very transparent on his own biases with certain brands and never wanted to steer me in the wrong direction. He generously gave a discount on a helmet and other accessories I bought for my bike to make sure I left safe and protected while riding. Their care for safety and sanitary went even further when disinfecting a helmet they lent me for my test ride. If you are a beginner cycler or have thousands on miles on your bike, I would recommend Budget Bicycle Center for all your cycle needs.
The folks that work here care about your specific needs. You don’t have to be an avid rider to use their products or services. They treat all like family.

I always feel like I’m part of a community, when I walk into West Point Cycles . I’m often greeted by my first name and my repair needs are always looked after quickly . The staff are knowledgeable and are willing to problem solve , when a repair is more complicated .

Convenient and knowledgeable services
The lovely folks at Trek went above and beyond and out of this world to help this clueless mom make the right choices for her kids when it came to a short list of seemingly simple requirements for bikes. They helped talk through what I needed, what they had, the fact that they could customize almost anything on-site and all while making me feel not so clueless after all. I got drawn in with the kids’ bike trade-in program, and will stay for the incredible team that has helped our family learn to love biking since 2022. Thanks Trek!
