This is an extremely well-managed store where everybody is friendly and available. They were able to fix an issue that popped up as I was riding, and they identified the problem with the brand new bike super quick. There is no way that I would have figured this out on my own, given the fact that this is a carbon gravel e-bike. Imagine that two mechanics jumped on this immediately and said that these were motor mounts that weren't torqued correctly by the factory.
We had a great experience in the Carrollwood shop. Keith helped me and my sons (5 and 3 year old) with their bikes and he was kind and patient with us. The staff got the bike tires switched out very fast and some squeaky training wheels fixed for my youngest! He even helped get the bikes in and out of our parked car which was so appreciated! 10/10 experience. Will be back when it’s time to get new bikes.
