My wife’s Rail recently had a broken rear shock. We live in the Dallas area. The Trek store in Flower Mound sent the shock to the Lamar store in Austin for repair. They knew we were up against a Bentonville mountain bike trip. Between them they shipped our shock to Austin, repaired it, shipped it back, and installed it on the bike in 4 days. That’s the customer service that we’ve come to expect from m Trek over the last 20 years. It’s reasons like that we will only buy/ride Trek bikes! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!!
