I had fantastic service! Frederick helped me figure out my bike size on Sunday and was great. Corey helped me yesterday and it's the best service I've had in a long time. He helped me for hours through test riding, picking out all the accessories, and getting it set up. He even literally created a backpack out of a plastic bag and tape for straps so I could carry things home while riding my new bike.

You have excellent product lines and knowledgeable staff. I had a Cannondale MB for a trade and bought a new Trek Verve for my wife for a surprise gift. Also purchased Schwalbe tires to replace the oem tires. The bike mechanic brought up the new bike with new tires installed and parked it by front door. As I was paying, the front tire tube must have been overinflated and blew with a loud bang! So, I had to wait again to have the tube replaced. I may trade in more bikes that I have in my herd in near future! Thanks-
