Great helpful and friendly service but also not high pressure sales which is a big deterrent. Both staff members I interacted with helped me find what I needed and that encouraged me to make a purchase.
I dropped in without an appointment- immediately the bike was reviewed in some detail by Martyn- who is very knowledgable and professional and friendly. Clear information provided on what was needed and quote and timescale for the work given to me.
Work then completed several days earlier than the estimate I was given.

I very much like the service, all the guys are knowledgable and friendly. Will happily carry out service and repairs on all types of bicycles as well as sell all types. I bouggt my eapc here and they look after me. Abd all for a reasonable price. Would not go anywhere else.
Martin is brilliant! He took the time to understand what I enjoy about sport, explained different set ups and made sure I felt good on the bike. Could not recommend a business more!
