Every time I’ve been in the store it’s been for smaller purchases. Every person I have encountered in the store has been very friendly, helpful and attentive and never pushy or overbearing. A lot of shops in town have eliteist attitude employees. Trek does not. When I’m ready to buy the new bike I’m going to Trek and only Trek. It’s the only bike shop I’ll go to.

Buying this bike is an investment on my end, and even though it’s not a top end bike, the care and detail Phil took to make sure it was the right size frame, and that my measurements would work was professional. The attention to detail and kindness shown when picking up the bike was outstanding, from both Phil and First name removed. It’s not often in life a complete stranger makes you feel important and gives professional service. I cannot relay how many people I’ve told how impressed I was on Wednesday (collecting bike) and through the whole bike purchasing process. I’m so honoured to have had this interaction.
