Aidan is amazing. He was patient and kind while I was going back and forth trying to decide on which bike was best for me. He ordered a bike rack for me and called to let me know the wrong one was sent and called me immediately to let me know the new one was in. I also had a girl call me the day it came in. The store was well staffed and had a wide selection of bikes and accessories. I was met by a staff member before I reached the check-in and my bike’s bumpy back tire was diagnosed, the rim was repaired and I was on my way within a short time. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
