Also ich muss ehrlich sagen, der Service, - Umgang mit Kunden / potenziellen Kunden und auch alles drum herum ist einfach spitze👍👍👍. Man fühlt sich 1. verstanden, 2. wird man richtig beraten, 3. ist der Kunde wichtig. Es wird in keinster Weise versucht auf Krampf das teure Zeug zu verkaufen sondern die Wünsche des Kunden werden zu 100% respektiert.
Als ich mein Rad bei Trek in Ulm abgab zum Service, wurde alles so eingehalten wie es zuvor besprochen wurde. Auch ein Anruf wurde getätigt als es um eine Entscheidung beim Service ging und es wurde nicht selbstständig entschieden.
Einfach Hammer und ich werde in Zukunft nur noch zu denen gehen. Ein riesiges Lob an die Belegschaft

Every interaction we've had at this location has been over the top good. Service is always so chill and easy. I love being able to joke around and be honest and feel the same vibe from the person with whom we're working. I was a retail store manager for 11 years for a corporation who thrived on the antiquated approach of using sickly sweet, high- pitched greetings and misguided language to "seal the deal". Vegan leather? Come on.
Whatever is being done at this location to train sales staff should be taught to every brick and mortar that is somehow surviving because it works. ACTUALLY listening to the customer's needs and knowing the product well enough to make a match that fits like a glove should not be ground-breaking but it is. I love this store. I love the staff. I love the service and I love the bike garage I'm building. I am so happy this is the close location for me, but would drive 100 miles to shop here if it weren't.

Bikes are very reliable.Mechanics very knowlegeble @ helpful as is the general staff.Eventhough sales staff are busy they still find time to listen from customers experiences @ every customer is treated like an A grade rider no matter there disiplne.Cannot say enough about the staff at TREK JOONDALUP .All good things,keep up the good work.thanks.
