je m'appelle jeremy morfin et voici ce que jai a dire : services de qualites avec du personnels impliques ( pour exemples ) je suis venue une fois en boutiques pour regarder les velos que la boutiques proposais avec mon velos qui ne venais pas de chez eux et pendants que on discutait le gars a pris mon velos la poser sur l'etablie et ma retendue les cable de frein et de passage de vitesse et ma egalement re graisser la chaine le tout sans me rien me facture . quand au produit vendu et proposer en boutique vous ne trouverez que de la qualiter

I am a recently new Trek bike owner and rider. I have had two instances of visiting the Menaul store for assistance and advice. The first time, Manager Mike provided me with a handful of screws I needed to mount a carriage. He refused to allow me to pay for them. The second time he solved a problem to make the bike fit me better that changed the riding dynamic entirely. I feel like the bike is new all over again. He installed the modification immediately while I waited, and would not let me pay him for what was essentially a service project. That level of customer care, service, and satisfaction is very uncommon in these times. I am a forever customer at the Trek bike store on Menual. I am sure Mike would provide the same high level of customer treatment and satisfaction no matter what business he might be in. It is really cool he is providing it in a bike store.
