The service department was very patient and helpful when my 13 year old son called in with a dropper post issue. It was appreciated that they remembered the issue when we brought the bike in as well. I don't recall the gentleman's name that helped us, but I highly recommend. Thank you!

The tour was great and Greg was wonderful. My only suggestion for improvement would be to bring a few tshirts with your logo on it for the tourists to buy because we don’t have time to make it to your shop. Wonderful tour thank you again.
