I was having an issue with my pedals (power meter). I arrived at their store when they first opened. I thought I would have to drop off my bike and return later for it. To my surprise they started working on the issue right away. My bike was done right in time for my morning ride. Once again I am amazed at the service I always receive. Their customer service is amazing, they take the time to explain what and why they are doing a certain service. Cyclery USA in Riverside Ca is the only bike shop I trust with my bike

Before this year I had no prior knowledge of MTB’s or what made certain brands stand out, I rode bmx for years so that’s what my attention was on. When I was riding bmx I did notice trek was a very reputable name in the industry. After doing tons of research and speaking with people trek was the obvious choice, and the fact that there are numerous dealerships around my region. I bought a Roscoe 7 and my wife bought a marlin 4, cannot believe how great these bikes are and what I was missing out on.
This cannot go without notice or mention, the trek team at “Slabtown trek” are unbelievably wonderful, the customer service is world class, they actually care about helping people and getting customers exactly what is needed. 5 stars rating for the slabtown crew 🤘👍😎
The gentlemen who work at Summit Bicycles in San Jose are both friendly and knowledgeable. They make strong recommendations about quality products. I am newer to biking so I really appreciate their insights.

Extra ordinary, above and beyond service. They deserve more than 10 if I were to say. Thank you to Tyler and everyone at Bicycle etc. You guys are the best . I called them on Sunday to check on my son's ebike as to where did we go wrong in changing the brakes, heard rubbing.
The bike shop near us were close. So I googled who was open that day, and found Bicycle Etc which is few more miles from me, I spoke to Tyler, he surprised me when he ask if I need them to pick up , for me that was a good sign of how good they are gonna be. within 20 minutes the ebike was picked up. and the rest is history of a good relationship. Definitely will be back there for sure, and will be getting referrals to my friends that has kids with e bike.(a lot in my area).
