Collin was a great sales contact and was more than generous getting a prospective bike ready for me to test. I've always had great experiences with the team at the central Bike Shop location. Sadly the unit I was testing was too small for me, and the Rocky Rep was very hard core on the sales end, perhaps the company could be a little more flexible with their sizing and approach (not you guys).

The quality of the bikes are what brought us in. The team who assisted us in the purchase were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful through testing and fitting. Great customer service and listening to our needs was huge.
The staff is very friendly knowledgeable. They usually run good deals on both services and products. My favorite part is their Saturday mornings rides!

The gentleman that helped me when I came in was very kind and informative. He gave me an estimate that was less than I had anticipated. I mentioned to him that I was not interested in any additional work that they might find as my grandson was paying for the repair. The estimate was $38 and would be ready by the following Saturday. They called on Wednesday to let me know that the bike was ready. 3 days early! Then when I picked it up the next day the charged was only $20!!!! Did this have anything to do with me mentioning that it was being paid for by my grandson? I have no idea but regardless, the charge was far less than I would have expected. Thank you for your work and your kindness.

Great service. Fast response. We had a part break on our bicycle rack while on a cross country trip. Martins bike shop was right on it and had the new part shipped to Idaho the next day.
