Phil and his Staff are just so helpful and knowledgeable. I ride a Mountain bike and my partner rides a Disability bike and with out their (Impulse) assistance we probably wouldn't be riding.
Out of the various bike stores we visited you were the most knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated the time spent with us to help us decide on the bike best for us. Zane was a great help as was everyone we worked with. Would go back and recommend to you to anyone purchasing a bike.

Crazy Bikes were fantastic at helping us to do the Via Claudia Augusta. We wanted the ability to not use a tour but to have our bags taken to the end of the ride for us, Chris took care of everything. The bikes were great and the trip was fantastic. Thoroughly recommend!
