I needed a specific lock ring for my back tire on my electric scooter. Several places would not bother helping because they sold there own models. I needed a ring that most use. He knew exactly what I was talking about, pulled it out of his drawer and charged me $3 and I was on my way! Thank you for not turning your knows up to us DYI folks and helping me get on my way.
