Love the bike. It's so responsive. It holds its speed in the pace line with zero effort. Climbs well. First ride today. 53 miles. Greening the whole time. The associates at the bike shop were great. Doug, Alex,and John were super great. Doug kept me informed every step of the way, and helped me setup the financing. Alex is always there to help me with all my needs, and point me in the ride direction. Helping me pick the right bike, and Helping me choose the right color scheme. And John for taking pride in building my new bike. These guys treated me more than just a customer. They treated like family.

Bought my Trek E Bike a year ago (5/25). I was assisted by Tyler, the store manager, who showed and explained to me all of the various makes and models.
Tyler made my choice so much easier and I was out within an hour with a bike that suits me perfectly.
About a month before my 1 year 'anniversary' (4/26), Tyler called to remind me to bring in my bike for my complimentary free maintenance service that was included with the purchase. THAT is attention to customer service!

I’m a casual rider and get my bike “tuned-up” every two years. Rolled my bike in, the guy at the counter discussed two different maintenance packages. I chose the one that would have everything working and looking like it was brand new. And…it does! Great job.

Was a great help with my wahoo cycling computer however chronic issues were not resolved. He recommended that we get wahoo to send a new computer and will speak to jimmy about this. This wahoo computer has been a problem ever since I purchased it.
