Great in-store service and advice
Josh was very friendly and knowledgable of the type bike needed for the types of surfaces frequently used. There was a park next to the Trek store with a path to test ride several bike options before making a purchase decision. After a purchase decision, Josh had two bikes with selected accessories installed and ready to take home within 90 minutes.
The staff has been very helpful when my husband bought a new bike there and when our other bikes needed repairs. Alex and Douggie are great!

提携の駐車場は満車が多く、尚且つ渋滞しているので、車でのアクセスが大変です。
stopped in to make an appointment and the tech took a look and did a few minor adjustments on the spot. Very friendly service. Definitely go back.

Just have my new bike for three days now. Riding some everyday and enjoying it very much. It’s seems like just the right bike for me.
Service was grwat
For such a relatively small shot, they have good stock and it was unusual to see this Electra in the color. My wife wanted with all the bells and whistles she wanted. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful when the transaction went very well. When we picked it up, we bought some accessories that they installed right away. My wife took it out for a drive and found a couple of problems that they solved immediately and we were on our way.
Even though extremely busy helped me out. So much appreciated
Bike was serviced same day as brought in. 50 miles in the last 2 days. Sweet.
