The mechanics are real cool and nice. always had a good experience even if I don’t own a bike. they always fix my scooter for me.
The gentleman who fixed my moms bike was very patient with her, he was fast with the repair she wanted, and very clear about expectations. My mom was even rude for a moment but he handled it with grace and gave me the moment I needed with my mom. Excellent service.

Incredibly helpful, both as soon as I entered the store (carrying a baby and wheeling a bike - had several offers of help), and with the bike itself (the lovely man who helped me really took the time to make sure the part I needed for a bike trailer for that same baby was installed correctly, and that when I got it home I would attach the trailer correctly and safely). The ever excellent service and care is why I've bought both my bike and my husband's bike from your store. Thanks again for all your help.
