Später auftretende Probleme bzw. Reparaturen werden telefonisch besprochen bevor diese durch geführt werden.

So far everything. I haven't purchased a new bike in many years. I had done some research online and new what questions a wanted to ask. Dale new his Bikes, and listened to what I was looking for. I believe we land on a bike that wasn't out of my price range, and met my needs. Now we need some dry weather to see the difference in 20 years of new bike technology.

The salesman who helped me (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) did an amazing job walking me through options and recommendations for what I was looking to add onto my bike to address a few issues I was having.
He also found the time to install the parts same day in between work he already had to do. Was a very good experience and definitely would return to the store for future purchase based off his help.

Also ich muss ehrlich sagen, der Service, - Umgang mit Kunden / potenziellen Kunden und auch alles drum herum ist einfach spitze👍👍👍. Man fühlt sich 1. verstanden, 2. wird man richtig beraten, 3. ist der Kunde wichtig. Es wird in keinster Weise versucht auf Krampf das teure Zeug zu verkaufen sondern die Wünsche des Kunden werden zu 100% respektiert.
Als ich mein Rad bei Trek in Ulm abgab zum Service, wurde alles so eingehalten wie es zuvor besprochen wurde. Auch ein Anruf wurde getätigt als es um eine Entscheidung beim Service ging und es wurde nicht selbstständig entschieden.
Einfach Hammer und ich werde in Zukunft nur noch zu denen gehen. Ein riesiges Lob an die Belegschaft
