I recently took my Trek Domane to Trek of Williamsburg for a new wheelset installation with all new components, and overall I’m extremely happy with the service. The team was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about Trek bikes. They did a fantastic job installing the new wheels, and the bike now rides noticeably smoother, faster, and more confidently than before.
What really stood out was their thoroughness. While inspecting my old wheels, they discovered significant stress points that I never would have noticed, and they also found that my brake pads were in bad shape and needed replacement. I really appreciate them catching these safety issues before they became a problem — it shows they truly care about doing quality work and keeping riders safe.
My only complaint was the longer turnaround time, but I understand this is peak riding season and the shop was very busy with lots of customers needing repairs and upgrades. They kept me updated throughout the process, and the final result was worth the wait.
I highly recommend Trek of Williamsburg to anyone in the area needing bike service. They do excellent work and prioritize doing things right. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Thank you!
I came to your store with the sole purpose of picking up my UPAF ride packet. However, on the way out, I decided that it was time to replace my old helmet. While I was shopping, I was approached by one of your employees to see if I needed any assistance, which I politely declined. After trying on several helmets and narrowing my choice down to two different brands, I wasn't sure which one would offer the best protection. That's when I was approached a second time by the same employee and asked if I had any questions. She started by saying both of my selections were good choices and told me that she actually rode with one of the helmets that I had selected. She pointed out some of the similarities and differences between the two and then said her choice was made when she saw the Virginia Tech score was slightly higher on the Lazer brand than my other choice.
So, my score is based the fact that I was allowed to shop without pressure but, not ignored. She returned to followed up when I did need assistance. And she seemed knowledgeable in her descriptions of the two products. The checkout process was friendly and included a little biking conversion and left the store feeling good about my purchase.

Service was outstanding! Highly recommend this team and I didn't catch his name but the gentleman who assisted my son and I yesterday (Wednesday 27th May) with our purchase was informative, helpful and honest which was very much appreciated. Would return and will be recommending. My son turns 10 next week and he expressed when we were leaving that he wants to work there when he's old enough :)

A spoke broke on my bike. Called and they said sure bring it in and we can replace the spoke. They fixe it right away, and even adjusted the brakes and lubed the chain. Great service and very reasonable price.
