Mechanic (Kevin) was extremely helpful in resolving my tire issue. He performed a complete inspection and check out... no charge. Much appreciated. (I did purchase two spare tubes afterward.)
Also, desk personnel (Sorry, didn't catch his name... He is the gentleman with an artificial leg) was very helpful in guiding my riding companion in her purchase of a spare tire inflator.

It’s the people that make the difference. Brought my bike in yesterday because I got a flat out on my ride, unfortunately I forgot my tools, and they put my bike in the stand immediately, no wait. It hasn’t mattered which Trek shop I go into the people are the best. Plus I like the bikes too.
I appreciated the time Jerry spent with myself answer questions on Saturday March 28th. This allowed me to think through what was important to me moving toward a new bike purchase. Sunday, I returned and Met Ryan. Ryan was awesome. He listened to my questions and made me feel comfortable narrowing down toward a selection. The demo process helped me to reach my decision.
