Brought my bike in for a tune up and asked about swapping out the seat. All of the employees were very helpful. Instead of just giving me any seat, they were very helpful. Tune up took a few minutes. They even loaded my bike back into my car. Great service!!!
The staff are fantastic! The service is awesome! They are all friendly and helpful! They greet you as you come in the door and make you feel welcomed and at home! They turn most all service jobs around in 24 hours or less helping me stay on the rode with my bike. I feel they are very trustworthy and perform only the needed repairs at a fair price. I highly recommend Trek Allen for bike purchases and all bike repairs. They are great!

The folks in the shop are always very friendly. They have given me free small repairs (e.g. air and bolt tightening) several times. So of course, when my 3 year old grandson was with me for an outing, we stopped by to get him a bike. He is quite happy with it.
Ich wurde von H. Jachertz vom ersten Moment an gut beraten. Alternativen zu meiner Auswahl (Größe) wurden erörtert und konnten auf der Rolle ausprobiert werden.
