I love my Trek FX 3. I purchased it online and with the instructions and the included tools, I was riding it in 45 minutes. The team at the Trek shop in Las Vegas just gave it the first tune-up and it is shifting, braking, and riding great. In and Out in a day.
I've only had a minor repair done in 20 + years, so no recent experience since Old Town.
I woke up this morning thinking the place needed: a young, 20-30 + woman bicyclist in sales, and to brighten the place up, my memory is of a dark man cave feeling.
Women add a valuable attitude and engaging element for men and women like, often prefer, talking with a like minded bicyclist.
And unless she's into Goth, she'll certainly have some ideas about brightening the place up.
I'm glad we've had a name brand, reliable bike shop in town for 40+ years, and wish Trek continued success.
If you do hire a woman think about getting another woman involved in that selection process, not just "the guys".

I have been riding TREKs since I was 15. Very trustworthy brand, very reliable, great service and so many bikes to choose from!! Finally decided upgrade to a ebike and Jonathan at TREK Henderson was knowledgeable, understanding, super friendly and even helped me load my bike into my car. Outstanding! He definitely made it to the top of my fave TREK sales people and Henderson is now in my top 5 TREK stores (still love you San Diego and Reno!). Can't wait to visit Henderson again in a month for my bike's checkup!!
I dropped off an old Trek bicycle and asked if it was worth the price of repairs and was advised that it was as the repairs were about half the price of a new one. Two days later I picked it up and it looks and feels like new. Andrew was attentive to what I said and thorough with his counsel.
