Service and communication! The staff (Patrick, Jeff, Bill, Ethan, Willow, Sarah) were extremely friendly and super helpful and informative. Everyone took their time (particularly Patrick) explaining bike differences and ideas as well as recommending great equipment and tool ideas. Glad this place is open!!
Paul was very helpful and informative. He took his time to explain everything I needed to know. I was looking for cycling shoes (which he got ordered for me in my correct size), chain cleaner and wanted some information about bike fittings.
