Tom was a wonderful help. He explained in full detail the difference in bikes as I wasn’t sure what I really wanted. He made sure the bike was comfortable for me and that I knew how to use it when I test rode it.
When my husband came back with me he explained things again to him. Very patient. Tom always made sure that I understood what he was talking about and that this was a bike that I wanted and was comfortable on it.

Greg always gives us good, and honest service. The products he sells are exceptional quality and Greg is always available to answer questions quite some time after the purchase. It is important to keep our dollars local so with out a second thought, we always go to Greg if we are in need of any bike related things.
Purchased new trek fx bike. They were willing to deliver to my home that same evening. Also arrived at store 5 minutes after they closed one other day and they opened up and sold me the bike lubricant I was there for and even answered a couple bicycle maintenance questions.

Very efficient and knowledgeable, but replacing the chain on the bicycle was a little to pricey.

He listened to what I wanted in a Bike and then presented several for me to check out. He explained the pros and cons of each bike and helped me decide what bike met my needs. The fitting process was thorough, and he ensured the bike was perfectly adjusted before I left.
