Jaime was so helpful when we were looking for the right bike for our grandson. She spent a lot of time with us, even taking us outside and showing him how to learn to ride a bike. She really gained his confidence. Her experience with youth was quite obvious knowing how to gain his confidence and making the experience so memorable for all of us.
