Every interaction we've had at this location has been over the top good. Service is always so chill and easy. I love being able to joke around and be honest and feel the same vibe from the person with whom we're working. I was a retail store manager for 11 years for a corporation who thrived on the antiquated approach of using sickly sweet, high- pitched greetings and misguided language to "seal the deal". Vegan leather? Come on.
Whatever is being done at this location to train sales staff should be taught to every brick and mortar that is somehow surviving because it works. ACTUALLY listening to the customer's needs and knowing the product well enough to make a match that fits like a glove should not be ground-breaking but it is. I love this store. I love the staff. I love the service and I love the bike garage I'm building. I am so happy this is the close location for me, but would drive 100 miles to shop here if it weren't.

Arrived at your bike shop upon opening yesterday with a problem which was preventing me from using my bike. James politely greeting me and held the front door as I had entered to explain my circumstances. He immediately generated a work order. His business associate also acknowledged my issue but emphasized doubt in being able to fix it within the same day…Later I received a text declaring that the work order was completed. James quietly came through to fully resolve my bike situation. I returned to square away w my invoice. James gets a 10 star for customer service. I would return again because of him! Thank you James! Me gusto el nivel de servicio q tienen, las fotos q te pasan del servicio de la bici, el detalle de las piezas a cambiar, la inspección general q le hacen a la bici y la evidencia de todo. Contacto a través de WhatsApp en tiempo real y respuesta rápida de dudas preguntas, etc a través de ese canal de comunicación. Ansioso por q aperturen la sucursal de corregidora pronto, ya q me quedaría más cerca.
