This was my first visit to Summit. I rolled in my old bike, received a very friendly greeting and was directed to Nate, a bike tech. He quickly got the gear changing mechanism going again, offered some great advice and sent me back to the front of the store with a properly working Town bike. Since I figured I'd be walking home, or waiting a long time, I was quite pleased. Chad helped me find a perfect bag carrier, safety light and lock. I can't remember a better retail shopping experience than I had at Summit. They are my go to bike store now.

Buy a top notch bike get top notch customer service after you buy! That has been my experience over the past 2 years. Ben is an excellent sales person who I’ve recommended other friends to when they are in the market for a new bike, bike racks or other gear. I’ve had a few electronic issues off and on with my Trek Domane+ and Ben has been excellent about getting it fixed quickly.
The tutorial on what has been done you your rode goes above, and beyond any shop I've experienced! Plus, the explanation on how to use what's been up-graded!

The customer service is impeccable! Dan at the Phillip store helped me the minute I walked in confused about what bike and size; to the ordering and the fitting of the bike! Duncan and Dan are so nice and make the whole process so easy, fun and less intimidating. Dan helped me with the bike fit and walked me through everything until it was a 100%.
