I had a great experience at Trek Allen bike shop. Patrick was patient and took the time to help me figure out which bike would best fit my needs. He lets me test ride multiple bikes and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His knowledge and expertise really stood out, and made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated his guidance and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable. I personally enjoyed the Newport News location because I do not like being pressured into a bike that is waaaay beyond my intrest or future endeavors like one associate at the williamsburg store did when I tried to explain my lifestyle, goals and max budget. I've ended up buying 3 bikes for our family over the last year from the Newport News store because of the gentle approach their associates show and their willingness to go above and beyond to help with walk in questions or quick adjustments to the bike. Very supportive folks there.
