I hadn't been on a bike for at least 10 years, but wanted to cycle with my family while visiting the area, I was very pleased by the way Demi helped me set up the bike I rented and made sure I was comfortable and confident before pedaling off.
Customer service gets an A+, I sent an e-mail request for an estimated delivery as they had posted a notice indicating they were experiencing high order volumes. Well to my surprise I received a phone that answered all of my questions live on the call. This small gesture (speaking to a human) ensures that I will be a repeat customer!

I had a service completed on my bike last year and a part was repaired. Recently, the same part required servicing and after David evaluated the issue, the part was replaced under warranty with an upgraded part at no charge. Time in the shop was less than a week and I'm back on the road.
All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and I even test rode a new bike and was able to talk about upgrades and bike fit questions I had
