Hi just a note I was very happy with the service and care from the owner of the shop very friendly and engaging. I brought my bike in for new tires and new seat, he first got the history on my riding habits, and his suggestions were right on, the price was extremely fair and the new equipment was awesome. I would send folks there for the expertise and great shopping local. The shop is cool with many accessories for all needs

I like your location. Lots of parking with easy access to your store and service area. I like the way your staff is so knowledgeable about bikes and documents each service with an associated price. The only reason you didn't get a 10 is because you kept my bike for over a week without contacting me to tell me how long it would take and the approximate price. I had to call you. A follow up call within a day would have been nice.
The staff is very patient and allows a customer to take time to checkout the bikes. The staff is very knowledgeable of the different styles and kinds of their bikes, both current and previous years models. The staff is very personable and friendly, making me feel respected.

My mountain bike shoes were falling apart so I ordered new shoes online and the shop was kind enough to try them on for my to see if this brand was a true women's 8 so I did not have to purchase 2 sizes and return one!
