Bought some gear for my 1 year old to start riding along with me and our sales rep was so knowledgeable on what to all get and so sweet with my daughter that just really raised the whole experience. Will recommend Wheel and Sprocket to all my friends with soon to be riders!

Jay's put together a Schwinn bike that was mailed to my daughter from Colorado which I greatly appreciate. My daughter graduated last year and has been unable to find permanent employment. She did not have the money to purchase a new bike. The Schwinn was her brother's that was barely used. I had a bike shop from our home town ship it but I had no idea it would be in so many pieces. It was out of my daughter's ability to put it together. I was worried able having it put together correctly for my daughter's safety.

I don't have a lot of knowledge when it comes to bicycles. However, after doing some research, I went to the store to purchase a Trek Marlin. During my visit, I really appreciated working with Peter. He provided a wealth of information regarding the products and provided excellent feedback while I test rode several bikes. As well as his no-pressure approach as I ultimately settled on a Marlin 4. He also provided some excellent feedback on accessories to get me started.
Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Even with a full store of customers, the staff ensured that everyone was taken care of properly. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and full of passion for the sport!
