Resources are willing to go the extra mile to help. This was the second time in a couple of years that I benefited from a call to Trek requesting something to be covered under the warranty. I saved $900 because the staff was willing to request warranty coverage from Trek. Great Job and much appreciated.

When we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson who took the time to answer all of our questions. What really stood out was learning that the staff are not commission-based; they're simply there to help, and it showed. There was zero pressure, just genuine, honest guidance.
We were even able to take it for a test ride before committing, which made the whole decision easy. The mechanics thoroughly inspected the bike to confirm it was in solid mechanical condition, which gave us a lot of confidence. We ended up purchasing a used bike that was fairly priced and in great shape.
Before we finalized the purchase, we also appreciated that the bike came with a 6-month riding warranty, which is a nice touch that provided real peace of mind. We'll absolutely be back for future purchases or any service needs. A truly refreshing bike shop experience!

You have a very good selection of bikes, the salesperson (Kevin?) went out of his way to weigh a bike for me. He was still very friendly when I initially told him it was too heavy. Then when I came back the second time, he was still very helpful, took the time to answer my questions, did not pressure me. All in all, a perfect sales experience.
Service department is always so helpful in explaining what my bike needs.
On multiple occasions I thought I was due for a full 'The Works' tune-up and the bike technicians @ The Bike Shop checked out my bike and deemed it wasn't necessary.
As much as I'm happy to support the shop and pay for services, I appreciate that you don't try to upsell customers on unnecessary servicing.

To get the rear block and chain changed to something more suitable, notice the rear jockey wheels were worn, so they were pre-ordered and they let me know when they were in, went in and collected
