We are on an Atlantic Coast bicycle tour and ran into some mechanical issues after riding in the rain the day before. I had emailed the store to give them a heads up that we’d be stopping by in hopes they could work us in for some mechanical support. When we arrived, they were ready with not only their service team, but anything else we might need (likes showers and food!!). They fixed both our bikes and did basically a complete tune up! Landry’s has not only a great team, but was well stocked with other supplies we needed. Big Kudos to Greg, Aaron and Drew!! You guys ROCK!

West Mi Bike's service is absolutely phenomenal! I went in needing a tune up and a back wheel replacement. I was expecting to wait at least a week, but my expectations were exceeded with a hasty repair job. I will be returning for future service. Thank y'all!

I had been installing new tubeless tires on to my road bike and had already overcome getting very tight tires on to the wheels with a help from a riding partner. Unfortunately, the tire was so tight that I could not create enough air pressure (our compressor is missing in action) to get the side walls to push out to meet the wheel and seat itself. Finally gave up trying and took the wheels into the Homewood shop. I don't do failure well, so it was difficult to admit defeat. All was GREAT at the shop though. The tires both got seated on the wheels and I learned a new trick for tight tires. Glad to have friendly bike mechanics that don't make you feel like a failure.
