Employees at Trek in north fresno have been going beyond expectations to keep my bicycle in good shape and going. Spare parts for my bike are rare and hard to find when they break but Alex and his staff have always managed to track down these parts and get my bicycle back into service.
Ya, very helpful and pleasant staff. The work I had done was done fast to accommodate me as I am from out of town and was only in the Sault for the afternoon. I have yet to use the bike as we still have four feet of snow on the ground but everything looks good.

After having a Peak Performance tune up, I took it back because I wasn't sure about the rear brake. They looked at it, did a test ride, agreed and fixed it free of charge. And they did it while I waited which was nice since I stopped on my way home after a ride.
