My bicycle required repair of the deraiileur and rear wheel spokes after a non riding accident. I have had a variety of bicycles repaired and/or adjusted over several years. These have all been done in timely manner and with no additional "surprise" charges. Any additional parts or repairs have been disclosed to me along with anticipated cost before being done. The quality of repair work by Tim and others has been excellent! I've also been pleased in using the service "package" to refurbish bicycles, as well. ( My wife and my ride basic level Trek and Electra bicycles so i cannot comment regarding "higher end" bicycle models.)
