Service is genuine and thoughtful. They do a thorough job and keep in mind my financial goals in their decisions. They have reasonable prices for very good quality work. I’ve been taking my bike there for a few years now and haven’t been disappointed.
Everyone working at the store was helpful and friendly, and we’re not pushy at all. We felt confident with the bikes we left with for our kids!

Specialized Bikes and service
Definitely not a super cool vibe today, when I came in there were probably 6 guys standing around chatting amongst themselves. Not one of the employees bothered to greet me. Then when I was going to pay although there were 5 people standing behind the counter no one seemed eager to help. Maybe it was a reflection of my vibe, who knows. Regardless you have the best techs and they have always treated me well so I will still recommend.
All the staff are super friendly
Mike and team are always very helpful in ensuring that I get the right spare part and replacement product. My Shimano DI2 seatube batterey recently failed on my gear shifting after 10 years use!
Fortuneately, they had one in stock, different part number and after checking it is backward compatible and I was back on the road again.
