I just purchased a Aventon abound LR. Very good service. I recommend everyone to purchase there bike here. Big selection of bikes. very, very good service to help the customer very excellent customer service. there was a gentleman named Jason and there was someone else they’re excellent service. I ordered a bike seat to carry the kids in and it was not in yet and the bike came in earlier and they said they’ll have it Friday and they got it done earlier and that’s a huge huge points. And they call me !!! Store clean. I really don’t do so many reviews, but I had to do this one. Overall, I went too many stores to look at different bikes, but I recommend this store. It’s one of my favorites. Thank you! What people don’t understand it’s all about customer service.
And then speaking about the bike, there’s one that shorter length and then there’s one longer and the gentleman recommend the longer one, and I’m so happy because it’s the perfect bike there’s always secret purchasing the perfect fit!

Friendliness and eagerness to help people with their questions and bike related issues. I came in there on my way out of town for a vacation and I admit I was very scatterbrained dealing with everything. I wanted desperately to take my beach cruiser on vacation with me as I was going to another beach. They were calm and fast and helpful and got everything taken care of that I needed to fix it and help me get it there on my Jeep! They definitely earned my business and my thanks I loved being able to ride my beach cruiser on vacation! Thanks guys!

Both Max, who worked with me when I brought my bike in for service, and Chris, who helped me buy a helmet and lights when I came to pick up my bike, were terrific. Knowledgable and friendly. Owen was also great on the phone when he called about replacing a part.

Erik did just a beautiful job in building a frame I brought in to its final product. I can’t recommend the store more highly. I got none of the attitude that I get in other local bike stores, they just took it and found all the parts that I was missing and put it together. They are just great.
