SERVICE, hands down!!! I had Sales Associate, Leo S., help me with my dilemma: I purchased a bike early last year. However, I realized that I needed a bike more suited to my needs for my age.
Leo was there to help me the moment I walked in. I was kind of in a quandary about my situation of first purchasing the Felt bike just a little over a year ago and not being able to ride it without my shoulders aching. A beautiful bike, but I only rode it once in that year since I had it.
Leo spent time with me, and showed me around and made a recommendation that was spot on! I took the new Reid bike for a ride, long enough for me to know that YES, Leo's suggestion was the choice for me. I am now out riding my bike several times a week into the next neighborhood, my shoulders feel great after riding, and I love my new Reid bike! I also invested in fenders and a handlebar storage bag.

The service at Trek Bike Store of Stuart is excellent! They repaired my bike within 24 hours, two new tires and tubes and new handle bar tape job, over Memorial Day weekend when every other store was closed! Mitch and his lads were very helpful and professional, knew their bikes and gave some solid advice.
I will definitely be bringing my bike there in the future!
My son and I both ride Trek. We have always received excellent customer support at the store. They help with every question. I've been to other bike shops (OV) where we were told not to touch a bike that was on the floor because the employee said look at the price tag your son shouldn't touch that bike, It was a mtn bike. I'll always recommend Trek definitely brought my son and I closer.

Taylor was very helpful in helping me select my new Yeti ASR. He gave me a great breakdown of the pros and cons for the options I was researching. He even created a spreadsheet of build kits. As a older female rider, I felt like I was treated with respect (which isn't always the case when I've been to other bike shops). I've gotten out on my new bike twice now and love it. Hervorragender und sehr kompetenter Fachbetrieb. Alle Mitarbeiter sind selbst aktiv im Radsport – egal ob Downhill, E-MTB oder Rennrad. Für jedes Anliegen gibt es den passenden Ansprechpartner mit echter Erfahrung und Fachwissen.
Selbiges gilt auch für die Werkstatt. Die Jungs haben wirklich Ahnung, worauf es ankommt, arbeiten professionell und finden für jedes Problem die passende Lösung. Absolute Empfehlung!
