George, Tristan and Chris gave me fantastic service. I purchased a Thule Cargo Carrier without a key. I first spoke to George who informed me Eddy's had a set of master keys that should be able to help me obtain a replacement key. I drove up from Canton last Tuesday (3/31) to Eddy's in Stow. Tristan and Chris helped me sort through 50 plus Thule keys until we finally found the right key which I purchased. The level of professional service I received to sell me keys for $15 speaks volumes about the caliber of employees these gentlemen are. I own tour bikes and an electric bike, as well as panniers, bags, etc. In the past, I have never thought about shopping outside of Stark County. But after this first experience at Eddy's, I will definitely drive up to Stow in the future to shop for my biking needs.
Mat is always on top of it and very helpful. When you walk in he knows your name and is so knowledgeable and straight forward. Bends over backwards to make things work for you. The rest of the staff has also been great. Over the years we purchase over a dozen of bikes from Penn Cycle and now Freewheel Cycle.

The folks at Phat Tire Rogers are always ready to help and they do great work. They take good care of you bike and want you to ride away happy every time. We have used this shop since they were in the little building by the Railyard and have always had great service.

Amazingshop und vor allem das Personal unterscheidet sich in München deutlich von anderen Bike-Servicepartner, und zwar nur positiv. Immer erreichbar (keine Selbstverständlichkeit), immer kompetent und höflich und mit Terminen (!).
