Although there were some problems with the delivery of my new bike Phil and the team tried to get to the bottom of the supply chain issues and were willing to go the extra mile to help. The end product was a stunning bike superbly put together that I’m more than happy with.

This was my first visit to Summit. I rolled in my old bike, received a very friendly greeting and was directed to Nate, a bike tech. He quickly got the gear changing mechanism going again, offered some great advice and sent me back to the front of the store with a properly working Town bike. Since I figured I'd be walking home, or waiting a long time, I was quite pleased. Chad helped me find a perfect bag carrier, safety light and lock. I can't remember a better retail shopping experience than I had at Summit. They are my go to bike store now.
