It's great to have the bike set up and ready to go; prepared, purpose-driven workouts, e.g. sweet spot, threshold, V02 max, variable; excellent coaches - I like when they go around during recoveries to check on the riders in case they need anything; music selection has been great, much smoother than last year, better speaker this year; group atmosphere. It would be great if the before and after tire swaps were just included in one price, otherwise it creates a focus on every time there is a cost - I'd rather put the cost out of my mind and just do it, without weighing the cost comparison of Spin vs. just riding at home.

I was looking to upgrade my bike helmet. I was very happy to have one of the salesman give me a quick lesson on what was available and the advantages of one helmet over the other. I chose a green helmet with wave cell technology,sold by the Trek company. Because I ride an electric trek bike and I am turning 78 soon, I wanted to increase my safety in case of a fall......this helmet should take care of the situation
Dropped off my wife's bike to have two new tires installed and a tune-up for summer. Quick turnaround heard back from them in a few days and picked up her bike. Great work. Appreciate it!
