Staff was incredibly professional, was able to quickly diagnose what I needed fixed, and then went above and beyond with details like securing my trailer hitch and lock mount. When I picked up the bike they explained what had happened and tips on continuing preventative maintenance. I would absolutely come back for my bike service needs.
Staff are friendly informative and efficient. I appreciate my bicycle being collected from home. The shop has a great selection of products. My upgrades were completed to my great satisfaction.

Good service department with excellent turn-around time on repairs and tune-ups. I just wish whoever test rides the bike would just put the seat back where it was when it's done. Their legs are way longer than mine. 😀

Der Kundenumgang ist sowohl auf professioneller, als auch auf menschlicher Ebene klasse. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt und bin mit einem guten Gefühl nach Hause gefahren - ich komme immer wieder gerne. Zudem ist die Qualität der Arbeit markellos.

Altijd super vriendelijk, nemen de tijd om te luisteren, advies te geven en te helpen. Rustige eerlijke mensen met veel kennis en ervaring. Geen push om te kopen, integendeel eerder: denk er eens rustig over na. Probeer eens uit. Je mag er vollop testen op de testfietsen
Fiets gekocht 3 maanden geleden. ondertussen 1 x binnen gedaan voor een gratis onderhoud (1ste) en het verschil was enorm: mijn fiets reed als een trein :-).

I was looking for a folding bike to fit into the front bonnet of my Porsche. I popped into the Cycle Centre and received an excellent level of service. Everything was explained in detail, I was able to both try riding the demonstration version of the Brompton and also try and fit it into my car. My bike was ordered, the was a problem with Brompton dealership supply chain but the Cycle Centre was able to obtain exactly what I wanted albeit a different colour. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend the Cycle Centre.
