Jacob was very welcoming to me when I came to pick up my e bike. It was riding great after the 90 day tuneup. As an eighty year old, it means a lot to be viewed as a competent woman.
Great shop with very helpful and knowledgeable sales people and terriic and very capable mechanics. They have a very good selection and variety of bikes and accessories in stock.
We're from Tennessee on vacation in Florida. Took the wife's bicycle to get serviced. Bike operated as if it were brand new. Very professional and kind folks!!! Wish Trek Bicycle shop was close to our home! Pensacola is fortunate to have them in their community.

I came to the Bike Rack from Pingree Grove and worth the trip. The Trek store on Randall read in Algonquin I wasn't comfortable, just another number. Bike Rack is so much better. I'll be back if I have issues with my wife's or my bikes. The Great Dane was unexpected but was a great greeter.
