I like the fact that due to its larger size, there is a greater product range. I had purchased mens gloves by mistake at another store and they didn't fit right. The Fairfax store has great staff who showed me all the options and explained the different sizes. I left a happy customer with the right sized gloves.
Also, the staff at FAirfax always go the extra mile to make me happy. They held my gloves for a few days until I could return the pair that didn't fit correctly.
They also helped me with my recent purchase of an ebike. Lots of great information and fab customer service.

I found the staff both knowledgeable AND welcoming. Lou delivered my bike, went over it's operation and answered all of my questions. He also discussed accessories which would be helpful for my specific purposes. I very much appreciated the level of professionalism delivered with a friendly demeanor. Everyone is always so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have no issues going in a with a problem, a question, or routine service.
From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by name, which immediately made me feel welcome. I worked with three different team members, and each one was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help with anything I needed. Especially when they found out I needed to leave soon for another appointment.
One thing I especially appreciated was what happened after I found the bike I wanted. Daniel took the time to walk through the store with me and explain how different products could improve my experience on the road. Even though I didn't end up needing everything we discussed, I never felt pressured. Instead, I felt informed and better equipped to make the right decisions for my riding needs. It was a really valuable experience.

I brought my Trek ebike in for electrical diagnosis. Got my bike back hours later working perfectly. These guys really know their stuff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained in great detail what was done.
