Friendly, prompt and high quality of service. No fuss, very transparent. I didn't feel like I was being oversold for work/parts that weren't needed. I also trust that all the work has been done, with other shops I feel I have paid for poor quality work or work that has not been done. Not the case here.

Very professional; have extremely skilled repair workers who.can bring almost any bike back from dire conditions to riding like new for a very reasonable price. The costs of new bikes are too much for me and loved that I could fix up a favorite to like new condition!

I really like that everyone who works there is so helpful and knowledgable. It can be tricky for me to find comfortable shoes and the person who helped me, walked me through many options and when none worked, rather than pushing what the store sells, he told me to check out another brand that the store didn't carry. I really appreciated that he was trying to provide guidance on what is best for me rather than encouraging me to buy something at the shop that didn't fit quite right. This level of service makes me want to come back to Wheat Ridge Cyclery for any bike needs that come up.
